Quarterback with Katana. Use P2W4 or P2W5 if the wind is above 6.5 mph. Use the same ball for testing with which you intend to play in the main gameplay. In my testing, I always had wind somewhere between 5.5 to 6.0 with Katana.

Recommended Tweak:
Reduce backspin by 0.2 once you have your setup with initial spins.
